Suggestions for how to set up a successful Interactive Dance session:
1. Good internet connection (Computer should be linked to a larger screen)
2. A camera/microphone should be attached to the screen so all participants are visible. (This event can take place in a single room, or multiple zoom windows.)
3. There should be room enough for seniors to sit in chairs or stand and dance.
4. Nicholas will call on participants to mirror his dance. Then he will call on participants (by shirt color,) to change the dance and mirror them. (For regular events, its important that a staff person who knows the names can monitor the event and send them to Nicholas via the chat.)
5. One hour session:
30 minutes dance
15 minutes story
15 minute dance
